Why the Studio

Understand AI firsthand.

Not from headlines. From firsthand work.

Teachers and administrators study advanced AI in practice, learn where it succeeds and falls short, and prepare for what changes next.

Career

Prepare for changing work and the capabilities it will require.

School site

Help colleagues respond with judgment rather than anxiety or hype.

Students

Guide thoughtful builders and decision-makers, not passive users.

This is not a survey of tools. Participants work directly with the systems reshaping careers and schools, building enough understanding to distinguish possibility from hype and usefulness from risk.

Models and context

Work with instructions, context, reasoning, and uncertainty.

Multimodal systems

Work across text, images, audio, video, and data.

Research and retrieval

Ground AI in sources and inspect its answers.

Agents and tools

Design multi-step workflows that use tools and keep context.

AI-assisted development

Build and test a working prototype around a real question from your role.

Evaluation and judgment

Test outputs and decide where people must lead.

A year to learn, build, test, scale.

The Studio will likely include three to four full-day sessions. Substitute coverage will be provided for participating classroom teachers. That protected time will support learning, building, testing, and sharing what proves useful.

Learn

Understand the technology.

Study current systems in real use. Learn what they can do, where they fall short, and why both matter.

Build

Make the possibility concrete.

Create a working prototype around a real question from your role.

Test

Find what holds up.

Examine its outputs, its limits, and the moments where human judgment must lead.

Scale

Extend what proves useful.

Turn tested learning into reusable guidance and approaches for colleagues and students.

The room

Teachers, site leaders, coaches, and district administrators learn beside one another because these questions reach every level of a school system.
